HVAC Service Technician - Residential

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Applegate Home Comfort is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service Technician team. HVAC Service Technicians are paid hourly plus bonus.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Total compensation potential of $55.00+/hour with uncapped commission

What You Will Do as an HVAC Service Technician

• Diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning equipment
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Ability to perform physical work and lift at least 50 pounds

What You Will Bring as an HVAC Service Technician

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience required
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience, including certification from a technical or trade school
• Valid driver's license
